“PROS: 4b - 4c hair texture from the “root” to ends of hair. Blends effortlessly w/ 4c hair (seriously! Like out the box, no edge control effort). Can be washed/styled just like your natural hair.
CONS: Sheds a lot (more than expected). The quality of front/back combs could be improved to secure ponytail on natural hair. Dislike the “traditional” drawstring/tightening ball for this texture of hair. I wish it came in a shorter length 10”-12”.
TIPS: REQUIRES 4C hair maintenance! No manipulation or styling needed to blend/wear. However, wash and go/twist out looks great (after day 1-3, you must refresh and/or style hair again). Use bobby-pins to help placement and secure combs/ponytail if they bend out of place.
OVERALL: LOVE this Ponytail!! A GREAT NATURAL OPTION FOR REALISTIC 4b/4c HAIR. I hope to order the Press’d ponytail/clip ins soon and…. Press’d unit (wishlist) one day!”
“As a natural hair girl, I am in love with this whole concept and the variety of hair textures available. I’m definitely a beginner with all things hair clip-in’s etc and it did take me a few tries before I got a fixture on my 22’’Think Kink ponytail on in a way that was most comfortable, but once I did I loved it! Brought with an upcoming trip in mind and the hairstyle did not disappoint. Travels well and so versatile. Thank you!”
“I do like it. It is beautiful however not for me personally because it’s just a little too puffy. I am older and I appreciate something a little more conservative. If I were younger I would give it 5 stars. The company is allowing me to exchange it. Great customer service”
