“The customer service was amazing what I like about the bundles is it’s very full down to the ends and I liked the texture of the hair it’s one of my favourite kinky straight textures I have had. What I don’t like is that there is shedding and the inability to get the bundles to straighten to at least how my type 4 hair can straighten. I could only achieve a blow dried look with hot combing and straightening so I decided to make two ponytails instead of a U-part wig which I think looks nice and natural with this hair texture.”
