“I'm really pleased with this rug. Is thick pile and generally great quality especially for the price. More importantly Rug Store provide first class customer service. Responses to my emails were quick and concise and when I asked to delay the delivery it was no problem at all. When they did send it, delivery was quick and it arrived when they said it would. I Will definitely purchase from them again in the future!”
