“The rug is absolutely exquisite and I was delighted to find that I got it at a fantastic price from RugstoreNE. I love being a customer of RugstoreNE because they seem to represent every customer service value that other retailers could learn from. This rug arrived in less than 24hours without me paying for Next Day delivery. I received an order update and despatch notification within a couple of hrs of placing the order. Florence Broadhurst rugs are expensive and sell at considerably higher prices. The range of rugs on the website is enormous; the prices are honest and possibly some of the most competitive in the UK market; the delivery is prompt and well-organised. And what I valued as much as anything else was the lovely, friendly, honest, courteous and extremely knowledgable person who answered my phone - Wayne - not just on this occasion but on a previous occasion when I purchased something else. All in all, I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.”
