“Went to the shop in Hebden Bridge (great atmosphere, un-pushy service, lovely stock) and tried sandals on, wanted to think about them and return to shop later if I felt the need to buy. I like to have a 'cooling off' period to 'test' my commitment! Went for a walk, turned into a long walk and too late to return. So ordered online - all good and easy except that despite being eligible for free postage the site wouldn't allow. So I bought them anyway and paid the postage thinking that they'll sort it. And they did!! Sara got straight back to me when she'd processed the order telling me that the postage had been refunded. They arrived promptly and are great. Brilliant service all round. Dealing with lovely people like Sara is such a joy and a pleasure and adds to the good feeling I get when I wear the item I bought. Hurrah for Ruby SHoesday - may they thrive because they deserve to.
