“The boots are a great colour, very comfortable fit and keep my feet warm. I don’t think they are a cheap purchase and well worth the price. I could wear them straightaway, no ‘breaking in’ required. Customer service was fantastic, I ordered online and needed to contact rubyshoesday, they replied within 24hrs and the hand written note in the shoe box is a lovely touch. Thank you”
