“I ordered some timber on 19th April and received an email with tracking details that estimated delivery between 3rd - 7th May. I checked the tracking details regularly but there were no updates. On 7th May I contacted Ruby asking for an update on delivery but was advised that the items had been sent to the courier and I had to contact them for an update as Ruby could not do this. This is very bad customer service - I bought the items from Ruby and they should have taken responsibility and resolved the issue rather than passing it back to the customer.
When I did contact the courier they advised that they had not received the items.
I wasted 3 weeks waiting for this timber and am very disappointed with the supplier.”
