“Nice quality shed but a few points to work on...
First , no-one has contacted us to tell us the shed was being delivered. The driver just turned up at the door asking for help to unload his van. Poor communication. In fact there has been no communication at all from the moment we ordered the shed to its delivery, except for an email to confirm the order and to say it may take between 10 to 15 working days for delivery.
The shed came with no instructions but that was OK as it was straight forward as the panels were made up already.
Now my concern is the roof as the roof doesn't sit on top of the shed ( front/back and side walls ) but inside of the shed , flush with the top of the side walls....? How is that ? There is a tiny gap between the sides of the roof and the side walls The roof sits inside the shed sitting on 2 beams : one at the front of the shed and one at the back. Nothing to hold it on the sides. And every sheds I have built before have the roof on top not inside...Weird way of working here. That means that we cannot step onto the roof as it would collapse ( because of no supports on sides and a single length of 8 feet ). There could have been at least a beam across the middle , sitting on the 2 side walls to support the roof a bit...but nothing.
Also it came with no list of materials , which mean that we could not check if everything was there or not. Even the driver joked about it. First he asked if everything was OK and I asked to get the list of materials and then I could tell him... He laughed and said there wasn't one and that he had just been handed the materials himself and didn't know what he was delivering... When he came to the door, actually , he said : " You have ordered some wood ?" , we said no we have ordered a shed...
So a bit of a shambles and not impressed about all this.
Other than that the shed looks nice and materials are of decent quality.
Doing this review on my laptop so can't upload a photo of the shed ( can't connect my phone to the laptop for some reason...) but it does look good.”
