“Gazebo itself was great. Was wet on arrival but has since dried out. The delivery however was late at 2000hrs (although, fortunately, according to the app it was scheduled for between 2130 and 2300hrs!!)
I had to carry at least 70% of the gazebo off the van as the sole driver was so a) caught up in scanning every last piece and b) far too weak to do it in a suitable time frame. It was already dusk and it would've been midnight before he'd finished.!!
Having said that Ruby itself, as a company are great and their customer service is fantastic. (Hence the 5*)I have used them since lockdown and will continue to do so despite this delivery shortfall. Many thanks to all at Ruby.”
