“Purchased this unit at end of December and have just installed it. It would appear to be a quality piece of kit spoiled by poor quality control/ build assembly. The following faults became apparent during the build. 1. The 1m flexi pipe was leaking at the joint between the flexi pipe and the solid pipe. I had to purchase a new pipe at a cost of £25 including delivery. 2. One of the six body jets had been wrongly constructed (Seal in wrong way) which caused a substantial leak until rebuilt. 3. the centre three support legs were all about 40mm too short and would not reach the floor level when fully adjusted. I resolved this issue by purchasing a new length of threaded bar and remaking said legs. 4. The waste pipe control unit had not been correctly fitted and had to be removed and resealed. Putting the above mentioned defects aside the unit is working well at this time but it has not been in use long enough to comment on the reliability at this time.”
