I was dubious at first but this is an excellent quality product. Fitting was straightforward and looks great.

The wetwall multipanel when butted together is perfectly square at the top and bottom and has a 5mm gap running straight down the middle. So basically after paying £240 for 2 panels they are being put straight into the skip

The Tilewall that you have purchased required a joining strip to be installed together, if you are butting to boards together you can plain them to make but the joins closer. Due to the nature of the boards bend in the wall or will gap the join and will require planing and scribing together should you wish to install without trims. Following the detail above, the email you sent us after logging the initial issue detailed you had stored the panels on the edges upright for a couple of weeks, gravity causes these items to bend in these scenarios resulting in issues such as you have described, it is for this reason Multipanel advise the boards must be stored flat, this ensures the boards wont bow and can be used as described, as they were stored incorrectly we are unable to replace the panels but apologise regarding the issues you have encountered..
