Lovely tap, however we have now had to replace 2 taps (1 in each bathroom) in the space of 4 years because of leaking from tap. We live in a soft water area therefore limescale is not the issue. Considering the price of this product I expected better. Disappointed with the longevity!

Hi Steven, We're sorry to hear you feel the product could be improved. We've had a check at our records and we can't see any previous orders with us but you may have purchased the taps with other retailers in the past. On the issue described, it sounds more like an issue with the cartridges supplied with the taps than the tap itself. We find that keeping a couple of spare cartridges around the house can extend the lifetime of the tap by a number of years, even longer if the water quality is good in your area. If you don't have any to hand you can often purchase them direct from the manufacturer, a local plumbers merchant or a local plumber would likely have them too. We hope this helps Steven!
