“the shower panels are lovely but arrived broken (both panels) - because it's roadside delivery and you have to ok it by the truck it's hard to do so with something of this size. Our packaging was unmarked so looked ok but panels had broken. We had hoped to use the left over part of the panels for further bathroom renovation but now probably can't because of the broken bits. As we'd signed it off, I don't think we have any recourse on this - please contact me if we do! Please be aware of this when taking delivery.”

Hi, Thank you for your review, please accept our apologies for the issue with the panels, i have looked in to this order this morning to see what can be done, generally when damaged items are received we will replace them within 7 days of receipt if notified, however due to these arriving on the 1st April, and damage not being logged until this review was posted we are limited in options as they have been with you for several weeks, if we can be of assistance in procuring another panel we would look to offer this at our cost price if this was an option but apologise for the issue you have encountered with the damage to the panels.
