“I received the Totes Boot Slippers on 12 December, but only started wearing them on the 14th, inside a fully carpeted bungalow. Given that I have severe psoriatic arthritis in both my feet, I bought these slippers, based on the description. They are very comfortable and the memory foam inner sole makes a big difference. However, NINE DAYS LATER, I noticed that the right foot slipper has split. Really, nine days. I’m replacing my M&S slippers after THREE years. I am so disappointed. Now I have to go through all the trouble of returning them at the Post Office, which is quite a walk. Not what I expected from this Brand”
