“Although sold as Swan its made in China. Quite compact and pleasant appearance. feeble alarm and no auto light or clock would make morning use problematic. When set lindicator lights are on and clock light never fully off, not conducive for sleep, small controls fiddly”

“Unfortunately it was defective, the automatic tea making feature did not work! Had to return and the vendors refused to send another one because this is a fault that is happening a lot and they couldn’t guarantee that any replacement would not have the same problem. Roy’s were extremely helpful.”
