“Customer Service is terrible couldn't get through on phone when did was passed about no one has a clue what there doing. Countless emails sent again hardly any replies and when they do its computer generated now saying they need to inspect the item for a fault, item was missing parts. Do yourself a favor and stay well clear of this company!!!!”

“First time order from Roys of Wroxham and really impressed with speed the order was processed and shipped to me given it was at the height of Covid-19 lockdown. Very happy with the Bestway filter - easy to set up and far better than the cartridge types.”
