“My 4 year old grandson was playing in the pool for the first time and it developed a tear in the bottom bigger than the patch provided. So now it is useless and will be going in the bin after the first use”

“The pool itself was faulty, ( not their fault) but the the delivery, value for money and customer service I received from Roy's was the best I've ever had. They was so quick to email back, arrange a refund, sent proof. I would highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again.”
