“This is the first time I've ordered from Roys. I love the product but despite being wrapped in double bubble-wrap the lid was dented in two places and the cardboard insert in the lid was buckled. I can only assume it was damaged before it was packed. As I say, the product itself is great. It shouldn't matter, but receiving a less than perfect container did feel a bit disappointing! Not disappointed enough to return it. I wasn't going to raise the issue, but as you'd asked for an honest review, here I am :-)”
