“I was very disappointed with this product. I wanted to reduce my cooking times and energy expenditure and eat more healthily ; the reviews I read led me to believe that this would help on both counts. Unfortunately not - the cooking times I had t use to avoid eating undercooked food far exceeded those given in the manual for a variety of foods.. The final result of the cooked items was very unappealing and did not compare to the traditional oven roasting or frying methods. I found this to be a yet another gadget that promised lots but did not deliver. I am very pleased however with the customer service of everyone in Roys throughout.”

“Great product T17005. Compact but good cooking volume. Roy's was the best online price and one of the only stockists left it seems as perhaps this unit is being discontinued. This is my second T17005 in three years, the first still works fine but the cooking tray and holder have been through the dishwasher probably 300 times and coatings are starting to fail. Can't recommend these airfryers enough. I don't think there're marketed correctly as they are mini turbo fan ovens and ideal for oven chips/coated chicken, fish ect in less than half the time and cost of firing up your oven. Even jacket spuds- a few mins in microwave then throw in airfryers to give crispy jacket in a quarter of the normal oven time. Roy's delivery time was prompt 2 days Great service. Paul H”

“It blew all the kitchen fuses continually each time I tried to use it. Filled in the form to return it and heard nothing since. Also sent an email - still no response. Guess I will have to ring them the next timebI have a day off.”

“This was bought as a present for my daughter as she loved ours so much.Much better way to cook chips scampi and you don’t have the fatty smell as you do with fat fryers .”
