“I am happy to recommend Royal Bathrooms team to of couriers and customer service with regards to having to return a floating vanity unit in exchange for a floor standing more applicable to plumbing at home. All customer services links on contact form and by telephone were brilliant and took me through the process steps by step. Courier was with me next day to pick up return and drop off the new unit and refund/exchanger was really fast. This is a great set of furniture. Strong and stylish . Although not yet fully installed I am sure it will be fantastic. The entire team must be commended sad a highly professional and go to place for any looking for a new bathroom.”
