“This unit arrived originally with 3 significant chips in the sink edge (front included) and 1 large scratch on the vanity. Royal Bathrooms were quick at sorting a replacement which also had a few chips on the vanity, a chip in the sink front and a black stain by the bowl. When I requested another replacement I was told they had opened all units and they were all damaged in some way and they could only replace or partially refund £45. Unfortunately we had planned our bathroom design around this sink so not having it was not an option and we accepted the partial refund which I don't believe is reflective of the quality. This was 23rd October 2024 and the sink is still on sale (700mm) and I can order a new one here if I'd like - so buyer beware either you'll get something partially damaged or you're buying from a company who just can't be bothered and would rather lie to any customers who expect good quality for the price paid.”
