“A good soft tyre on a strong nylon wheel. The bearings are improved over the last identical pair of wheels I bought. The previous wheels had no seals on the inside of the bearings and they had worn out after a couple of years despite reduced use during covid-19 shielding. Even so they make for a much more comfortable ride than the original wheels on the wheelchair because of the increased diameter and softer tyre, which, though soft wears very well.”

“I was experiencing a problem with the previous wheels whilst I was away on holiday and visited a mobility shop to see if they had any in stock. They told me I needed special wheels for the wheelchair I use and they would have to be ordered in. They would have cost over £70 per wheel! I looked online and found Ross Castors and these wheels which have saved me wasting a fair amount of money. I am very pleased with the quality of these wheels. They fit perfectly and the rubber material is excellent on different surfaces. I would highly recommend them.”
