“I ordered this on the 31st March, it's now the 15th April and I still have not received it. I have contacted customer care multiple times and all they have done is fob me off, saying it's on the way. As of today (15.04.24) the tracking number is not working and the delivery company has told me to contact the company. I would NOT recommend buying from this company”

Hello Anne, We are sorry for the delay in your order. The order was sent on 1st April through Deutsche Post for local delivery to Ireland. The standard delivery time to Ireland is 4 to 6 working days however minor delays may occur. We noticed that your order arrived just after your review, which is on the 16th of April.
