“The hi-sleeper we bought is pretty good and the installation service was great. However, the bed is very noisy. It creaks around at the slightest movement and feels not as solid as we hoped when my son climbs in and out. The whole frame seems to move. Am slightly worried about this and presume the creaking will only get worse with time. Paid £1k for this bed with cushions so just wanted it to be super sturdy. Also the mattress sold with it is too short for the frame and there is a 10 cm gap at my son's head which the pillow keeps slipping into. Perhaps advise customers to buy a bigger mattress, rather than the Stompa one offered with the frame”
