“Very poor quality. Do not match the description of item. Every spring you can feel while lying down on the mattress. Not worthy any single penny, and no possibility to return the item as been unpacked from the box. Very disappointed , stupid return policy. So shocked, won't recommend to anyone.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and we are sorry you are not entirely happy with your purchase. We do state on the website that mattresses cannot be returned if they have been removed from the original packaging (unless faulty), this is due to hygiene reasons. Best wishes, RTG
