“The electrics plug is difficult to access once the rack is in place.
The vertical support bar is difficult to fold and then put in a secure upright position securely.”

“The first time I used the carrier I struggled to get the arms down into the frame securely as once the arm is raised it has to be pushed down hard. I thought it was secure but it wasn't resulting in the bikes slipping. After a few uses this has now improved but the instructions are not clear that initially a large amount of force is needed for slot the arms correctly into the base when loading the bikes.
The bike wheels also do not sit securely in the holders resulting in the front wobbling a bit, unlike my Atera. I have had to use an additional strap to hold the wheel in place. This seems due to the curve when the sides of the carrier to hold the wheels are pulled out. I have several bikes and this issue applies to them all.
Overall I have been pretty disappointed with the carrier.”
