“I love the bars, but they are too short for the car. I primarily use the bars to transport my surfboard and the overhang is so short, I’m worried the straps may slip off. I can’t wrap the straps under the bars inside the feet as it would cut into the delicate surfboard. Could I exchange them for a longer set please?”
