“Perfectly good for the price, they fitted very well and were easy to fit. All in all pretty good for the price, Thule are better but not by much and they cost alot more. The only problem I had was that one of the bars was slightly dented due to rough handling by the courier, this was annoy but as I ordered them only a couple of days before needing to use them I had no time to request they be swapped.”
“Really disappointed with the roof box company . I bought the CRUZ bars for our Toyota hilux but before I could fit the bars our Vehicle was stollen and never recovered. The bars had never been taken out the boxes as we were at a very busy period for our business.
I contacted the roof box company and explained the situation and gave them the insurance confirmation and police reference number as evidence our vehicle was stollen.
The response I got back was to sell them on Ebay they didn’t do refunds after a period of time ( bearing in mind the kit was still on the boxes and untouched ) .
The vehicle we bought as a replacement wasn’t suitable for the bars, I would have exchanged the original bars for this new vehicle but this wasn’t even an option for the roof box company which I can’t understand .
Overall really disappointed in the way this wasn’t handled in what was a very stressful and challenging time in our business.
I would still be open to the roof box company coming up with a solution .”
