“2 large boxes arrived and we stored them for a while before use. When we finally had some waves to surf, we decided to add he roof bars to my BYD. I thought they were fully assembled an only required to be clipped on...how wrong I was! Full assembly was required, we built them!! Not an easy job as there were lots of different componants and we did not want them to fall of mid journey. Two sets of instructions that had to work together. Needless to say, not easy to assemble and annoying to say the least but they kept the boards on for our journey, I have not tried to take them off the roof yet.”
