“While not being cheap it’s still relatively affordable compared to equivalent 4 bike racks. Has most of the same functions as my other Thule however in more basic/crude fashion. Solid, stable but also heavy. Folds away nicely for storage and bikes were very secured by using some additional straps.”
“I love this bike rack! We bought it specifically for a trip around Europe and it made taking four bikes a breeze! The tilt allows easy access to the boot so on the stops we didn’t need bikes we could leave them in situ. Equally, removing and reloading the bikes is simple, and the moving brackets to secure the frame are great. It’s a heavy rack but the design made it possible for one person to lift it on and off. It folds well for storage too. Excited to be able to take our bikes on more trips in the car!”
“Really happy with the Buzz Rack 4 bike carrier. Very competitive price compared to some other similar options on the market. Its quite a heavy thing to lift and move around, but once it's fitted to the car feels very sturdy and secure.
4 bikes fit easily and the securing straps are quick and easy to use.
Some of the components are plastic, and don't feel as high quality as I'd like, but that's the compromise with the price tag.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a 4-bike carrier for the family.”
“Excellent rack, very sturdy clamps on really well, the tilting is great and just clears van doors with small extension plate on the towbar, Clips are robust easy to use. Took a few mins to work out how to crank it onto the towbar by using the leaver pulling it out and rotating. Very happy with it”
“Positives - Lots cheaper than the alternatives and it works; long wheel straps much better the short ones on my Thule rack and permit more left / right flexibility; design with uprights that mean you don't need to feed support bars through frames good and means if the rack is empty I can open the boot on my estate car without tilting the rack
Negatives - Instructions completely hopeless re what to do with the clamping leaver (& video not much better); arrived with a bulb that was defective so that hadn't been tested prior to shipment; taking it on and off the car definitely a paff compared to my Thule rack; to load with four road bikes we had to remove pedals and some drinks cages, and twist 2 headsets - that might be beyond some people and definitely adds to the hassle (in fairness my 3 bike Thule rack requires one headset to be twisted)”
