“I was please with the bike rack and it was easy to use but putting the number plate in place was actually quite difficult and needs to be updated. For example I don’t understand why you just can’t slide the number plate into position because it’s very difficult to get it in place. Because the bike rack is expensive I do think you should provide me with a replacement number plate holder.”
