“We knew it would be heavy, but it's more cumbersome and awkward than we expected. The moving parts are clunky and often tight to move. (We expect it to loosen up with use.) The plastic straps that go round the bike bars are incredibly hard to undo. The central moving bar is so awkward that for some time now we've not managed to get the key out of the lock. It's well and truly stuck. Overall the rack is strong and functional but the usability is poor.”
