“It's a very good roof bar set. My only quibble is why, when you buy something that's pretty top-end and with a price to match, do you have to then finish manufacturing it? Why does the customer have to fit all the bits together? Why do we have to try and understand instructions which are merely pictures? Why didn't they finish the job?”
