“Great piece of equipment. It does need a bit of care to get the correct components together and preassembled. My vehicle had fixing holes in the doorframe so that the positioning of the foot pads were predetermined and no need for measurement front to back and between. My only gripes are that the rails were of equal length. The rear rail has very little overhang of the foot and could be at least 10mm longer at each end. As my vehicle is an estate and the predetermined fixing wholes are for a saloon and the best placement for carrying loads they look too far forward. They look good and no sound was detected.”
