“The service levels from Roof Bars was excellent - received very good advice as I was a novice to roof bars previously (I had no idea it could be anything but simple). With regards to the Thule roof bars themselves, they look the part, seem very strong and should be fine just as soon as we can start travelling again! However ... the instructions that Thule provided were something out of IKEA of the 80s - very cryptic and brief. What should have taken 1hr took 3hrs+. In addition, despite extensive searching, I could not find an online video that described how to fit my model. I would have thought Thule would have had these!?! But all in all, very satisfied.”

“Great product! very poor instructions particularly around the main rubber fitment which shows a simple push in but actually has to be torn apart turned round and fitted as 4 separate pieces. Service from supply co was great however”
