Featuring a removable hood with 3-point adjustment, you can tailor this mac to suit your needs. The hood attachment sits neatly under the smart collar and has a snap fastening at the front for when you need to enhance your protection. 3 secure zipped pockets provide ample storage options for your everyday essentials – with 2 front pockets lined with brushed microfleece, and 1 internal zipped pocket with a Tri-ring attachment to allow you to secure things like your keys or wallet.
A large mesh lined vent sits at the rear of the mac to allow airflow. There is another vent on the rear hem with a snap fastening. The central 2-way zip is protected by a storm placket with an exposed top button and concealed buttons.

“I usually wear alpine style jackets for walking but wanted something for travelling to meetings that would look smart and protect me in poor weather ,The seems perfect ,my self prefer a fixed hood ,the zip and large buttons and quality seem colour and fit appear Very good”

“The fit is better than I expected, as often jackets are too long in the sleeve on me. The button cuff adjustment is effective and stylish. The hood took me a while to work out, as the side adjuster grips are concealed within the hood. I’m surprised there is no hood storage pocket inside the coat, given that it is a zip-off. I do like that the hood is removable, as collars can get bulky when the hood packs into them. I love the styling, and the long length meant I was kept dry in last night’s wind and rain. Because it is windproof, and so long, it will keep you warmer, as there are no draughty areas. The one inside pocket is a decent size, and seems completely waterproof. I’m looking forward to many years of use.”

“I have what I think was the predecessor to this garment. It is excellent - light, very waterproof. One weakness is that the lower popper buttons keep popping open. The new version here has better buttons so hopefully this will solve the problem. I would also have preferred a stowaway hood and hand warmer chest pockets, whicc this still doesn’t have. Nevertheless, my version is great and this looks like an improvement, so I would recommend it.”
