“What appeared to be a great product disappointed. When it arrived it was badly creased all over. I thought being Rohan that the creases would hang out but no. I then washed it and still the creases remained. I then reluctantly tried ironing again without success. Customer services sent a replacement but again the collar had ugly creases. I spoke to the nearest shop who had one but again despite using a steamer creases were still apparent. Great shame as looked to be a good product. Particularly disappointing as advertised as fitting as well in the office as the hills. Really disappointed as decided to take a refund assuming there is a problem with the material.”
