Our 3-Layer Barricade Standard provides total waterproof, windproof and breathable protection, in a durable jacket designed in a tough yet quiet fabric, to help you move across the top of the highest hills without a second thought.
Thoughtful features make this breathable hard shell the perfect choice for your adventures. Two hand pockets are secured by AquaGuard® zips to provide extra rain protection for your belongings, and are positioned to sit above the waistband of any backpack you might be carrying on your day out so you can always get to what you need. The lightweight mesh lining in these pockets provides an element of ventilation as you move, allowing airflow through this 3-season jacket.
A slightly longer length will keep you protected when you take a seat to admire the views you’ve climbed to see. And if the weather really takes a turn while you’re walking, or if the breeze is unexpectedly brisk when you reach the summit, Cohaesive™ adjustments at the back of the hood and concealed adjusters at the front mean you can secure the snorkel hood around your face to combat the wind and rain.
Fabric: 100% Polyamide With Polyurethane Hydrophilic Membrane

Sooooo, disappointed that I had to return this garment. When I tried it on, I could not believe the design 'fault' regarding the hood, neck, chin area. The very small gap between the hood edge and the chin 'piece' caused my specs to steam-up and gave me so little viewing space that the access to light was a real problem [sight-limiting]. I tired to tuck the 'flaps' inside the jacket but obviously, this reduced the weather-proof-ness of the garment. [All this was done indoors and outdoors in the dry. The returned garment is still in pristine condition.] When I had read another customer's similar feedback, I thought I had had so many good experiences with my favoured Rohan garments over the years, surely they would not make such a design error as to be unable to resolve the problem by a fold or tuck of some of the material and I would be able to overcome any such problem .... I was wrong. I am so disappointed.
