With Insuloft synthetic insulation throughout, it’s perfect for more static, slower paced outdoor activities, like birdwatching or outdoor photography, when you’re not generating a huge amount of body heat but need to stay warm.
Choose from seven secure pockets to hold your valuables – be it compact binoculars and bird feed for bird watching, or your multi-tool and bait for a day of fishing on the lake. There’s plenty of space for everything you need, including three zipped security pockets for the valuable items you can’t leave home without. The Field Jacket really is like wearing a rucksack with sleeves and insulation.
A Durable Water Repellency finish has been applied to the lightweight ripstop fabric, so if you get unexpectedly caught in a light shower there’s enough time for you to find cover. Cold-weather protection comes in the form of Insuloft synthetic insulation across the jacket, with brushed fleece lining at the neckline and in the hand pockets for added warmth.
The Field Jacket has been designed with targeted insulation – 60g of Insuloft has been used in the body and collar, where you need to retain the most heat, while 40g in the arms is the perfect amount to keep you warm whilst ensuring freedom of movement.
