Durable Water Repellency is a treatment that has been applied to the outer fabric of these trousers. This means that water droplets are forced to ‘bead up’ and run off the fabric. This treatment can repel water for a while, but in prolonged or a heavy downpour the outer fabric will eventually wet out.
Featuring UPF40+ sun protection, three zipped security pockets and a drop in rear pocket secured with a snap, these trousers provide great protection with plenty of space to store the items you need for quick access. The pockets are made from mesh so as to not compromise on the lightweight nature of the trousers. Discreet hem scuff panels prevent the heels of your walking boots from chaffing the material.
