“I decided to try one of the Synergy Necktubes as I find scarves are too big to tuck in nicely and always feel bulky under my coat. They don't always stay next to your neck, can leave gaps for the wind to get in and if I get hot and want to take it off they are too big to put anywhere if I have no bag. If I have one suggestion Rohan it would be that you should be able to try it on before you make your decision to buy, but it is attached to a cardboard hanger so this is not possible. It is a nice lightweight material with a soft fleece lining on the inside. All the seams are nice and flat, even round the neck area which makes it comfortable to wear and it doesn't itch. Many of these neck tubes are just too long but the Synergy is 8" at the back and 10.5" at the front which is also nicely tapered to fit neatly under whatever you are wearing. The cord at the back is behind the material so that it is not next to your skin. It also has a little tab further down to keep it lying flat when you tighten it so that the spare cord is not sticking up or getting in the way. It's easy to put over the head and adjust the cord until you get a good fit round the neck. It keeps the wind out nicely and keeps my neck warm. I will be using this on walks and for doing outside dog agility and am very pleased with the design as it folds away neatly if I need to take it off. Easy to wash and can be cool tumble dried which is a bonus! I though £37 was a bit steep initially but having looked at some of the other cheaper 'similar' ones out there, they just don't have the little design features and the quality material and finish that this Rohan one has.”
