Using our tried and tested DryKnit fabric with added Dynamic Moisture Control and FreshWay anti-odour technology, the Global T has an impressive amount of versatility and outstanding performance, with the added benefits of UPF40+ sun protection. A basic T has never been less basic.
It’s made from a blend of sophisticated technical fibres that have been ‘Vortex’ spun to provide long-term durability and excellent retention – basically it’ll never pill, fade or lose its shape. It just keeps going – year after year.
By adding FreshWay anti-odour technology, the Global T can benefit from the natural antimicrobial properties of silver. Tiny traces of silver, distributed evenly throughout, inhibit the growth of bacteria which in turn reduces odour and mould, not only keeping you feeling and smelling fresh, but reducing the need for washing and extending the life of the T.
This permanent treatment has been stringently tested by the International Antimicrobial Council and has been proven to provide 99.5% of antimicrobial properties, even after 50 washes. The addition of a Dynamic Moisture Control wicking finish adds extra breathability to the fabric keeping you feeling cool and comfortable by rapidly dispersing moisture away from the body and across the surface of the fabric to be evaporated.
This dual technology works fantastically together, keeping you feeling cool, comfortable and smell-free all day. It’s a great option for warm-weather trekking and travel, but also as a base layer under warmer top layers during active hiking or walking in cold-weather conditions – easy to care for and ready to be taken anywhere.

“I have these in multiple colours, navy, true navy, olive green, black, grey marl and now orange. They range from brand new to about seven years old. I know they're expensive but they have done everything from casual workwear to the 90 mile Wild Wales Challenge bike ride, with wild camping and the climbing gym thrown in for good measure. So, the cost per year is miniscule compared to the standard branded cotton t shirts that languish in my wardrobe. I think this is Rohan's best product, and their simplest.”

“Fantastic T-shirts and I have a draw full ( and used since the early days in Long Preston). But no T-shirt is worth £39.”

“There are lots of reviews for the short sleeve Global T. This is just as comfortable, but with the benefit of a long sleeve. Super comfy stretchy fabric and a generous length, which keeps lower back warm and the t-shirt tucked in during activity when used as a base layer. Equally at home on the outside in warmer climes due to it’s versatile and classic style.”

“My husband has worn these t shirts in medium for many years and they have not faded, stretched or worn in anyway. Unfortunately I can't say the same for him which is why I've purchased the large size.”
