“Excellent service. I had burnt a small bit of my 8 year old gilet with an iron. I handed it into my local Rohan store a few days ago in the hope it could be patched. I have just received it back by courier as good as new. A bargain at £15.”

“Thank you so much Rohan for this wonderful service. We've used it twice now. My husband's gilet, used on birdwatching holidays, has lots of pockets secured by velcro. Most of the velcro was detached by his return this year. You stitched on lots of new velcro, far better than when it was originally made, and all for the very modest price of £10 - which I presume just covers the postage back and forth. It's such an easy process as well, and very quick.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. £10 to supply and professionally replace winter bags fly zip and cover the postage both ways. A real bargain! Arranging the repair using the online service was very straightforward too. Thank you Rohan”

“Fantastic service. My stretch bag trousers lost the outer seam around bottom area. First Rohan failure I’ve had in 20 yrs. For £10 I sent them off, repaired trousers came back looking like new, no doubt giving them years more service. Great idea providing this facility. Thank you!”

“This is a wonderful service, thank you very much indeed. I sent two of my husband's favourite trousers with broken fly zips to you. He's had them for years but was still surprised when the zips went. You paid postage both ways and the repair was a very modest £10 per article. The turnaround time was extremely quick, just a week. Thank you again.”
