“The gift was for my Mum who lives 100 miles away from me and buys regularly from Ringtons.
I would just suggest a couple of things to make this better... Firstly, I expected the usual delivery driver would be the one to deliver the box, but instead it was Royal Mail. Seemed a bit less personal that way I also assumed (wrongly) that the gift would be delivered close to Mother's Day itself as that was what it was marketed as, but it got there a whole week before. There was no way of adding a small note either, to say 'love from...' which would have been nice.
On the plus side, my Mum said everything was lovely!”
