“I buy this cake mix every year. It has a lovely balance of flavours, has plenty of fruit, is lighter in colour (rather than that almost black colour of some fruit cakes), makes a deep cake, is a manageable size. You get the quality dried ingredients accurately weighed but you still feel as though you've made it all yourself!!”
