“Just bought the fruit cake mix and made it yesterday, I soaked the fruit in some sherry overnight, you need 3 eggs and 150g butter, it took 2hrs 30 mins to bake and comes with it's own re-usable tin. it is lovely, not too heavy, will be buying again, recommended.”
