“Possibly the tastiest oat biscuit I have ever eaten....plus an impressively crispy crunch and great integrity even when dunked in a cuppa. I understand the use of malitol instead of sugar for the "sugar free" label, but I'd be interested to see how the recipe would stand up to moderate use of sugar in lieu of the artificial sweetener...”
