Thanks so much for getting in touch with us at Ringtons.  We’re really sorry to hear you weren’t completely satisfied with your Luxury Brazil nut Biscuits, that’s never what we want for our customers.  After looking into this, it sounds like the chocolate may have ‘bloomed’. This can happen when chocolate experiences a sudden change in temperature, causing the sugar to rise to the surface and give it a pale or white appearance. While it might not look quite right, rest assured it’s perfectly safe to eat and the taste shouldn’t be affected.  That said, we always want you to be happy with your Ringtons goodies.
