“I've always enjoyed everything I've ordered from Ringtons. Having never before tried Chamomile Tea, this was the biggest test, and I'm pleased to say it passed. I didn't hate it and I've had more since my first cup. I prefer black tea, but looking forward to ordering more and trying other greens in the future.”

“This product used to come with the Bag individually wrapped in an envelope, great for taking away on holidays etc.
The Camomile tea is great and fantastic way to settle your stomach.
But Please go back to the Individually wrapped envelope bags.
The product kept much fresher and I would rather pay a little extra for that convenience.”

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the changes to our Camomile Tea format. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a favourite product is updated, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
The move to a 20-teabag format was based on feedback from customers who told us they preferred smaller packs for teas they enjoy less frequently. This change also brings our Camomile Tea in line with our herbal and fruit infusions. The tea bags are now heat-sealed for freshness and come at a lower price, rather than individually tagged and enveloped. That said, we understand this may not suit everyone, and your feedback is incredibly valuable to us.
We’re currently gathering all comments regarding our revised teas and packaging, and yours will certainly be taken into consideration as we review things moving forward.
