“I was really looking forward to trying the earl grey, I had confidence in my order. So much so I ordered 2 packets of earl grey tea bags, an earl grey tea bundle and one coffee for my husband to try.
The earl grey smelt amazing but after brewing it tasted of just black tea, totally disappointing. Instructions say 3-5minutes brewing time, I’ve tried 3, 4 and 5 minutes and different temperatures of water.
Afraid to say it’s still not very flavourful, very disappointing.
The earl grey tea bundle was 4 identical bags of earl grey, the same as the two I’d already ordered. I was expecting a mixed variety, maybe loose leaf.”

We want our teas to bring enjoyment, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Despite our Earl Grey being extremely popular with our customers, we appreciate that everyone's tastes differ.
As for the tea bundle, we strive to offer a range of options, but our tea bundles are not a variety pack. Your feedback is valued, and we’ll certainly pass this on.

“We have tried Ringtons Earl grey tea for the first time today. I’m sorry to say they taste like plain old ‘tea’ much to my disappointment. You can smell a slight aroma of bergamot when you open the box then that’s where it ends. So disappointed I really don’t believe anyone could say this is the best EGT….I've been drinking it for 25 years it defo does not taste if Earl Grey.”
